All new “Request a showing” lead capture form
On the bottom of each listing’s property website is a simple “request a showing form” to capture potential leads. All a lead has to do is select a date and time, then click the big “Let’s go see it!” button. This will bring up the lead capture form (below):
They are prompted to fill out their information, and once they click send, a new lead will appear in your people page (brivity.com/people):
And the primary agent will also receive an email notifying them of a new lead. How easy is that?!
