Almost anything can be automated, and it’s a huge benefit to today’s agent. Automation can save you time on administrative tasks, help keep your team on the same page, and give your clients timely updates every step of the way.
TO HELP KEEP YOU IN THE KNOW, I’VE COMPILED A LIST OF 5 OF THE MOST CRITICAL ACTIVITIES THAT EVERY ASPIRING TOP AGENT SHOULD BE AUTOMATING:
1) Team Collaboration
Are you on the cloud yet? Cloud computing has completely changed the way we do business; the ability to store, manage and process data in an online network saves time, and increases productivity and collaboration.
If you’re looking for a free cloud-based collaboration system, we highly recommend Google’s set of cloud computing tools. Use your Google calendar to schedule everything from meetings to breakfast, and then sync your calendar to your tablet, laptop, work desktops and smartphone. Sync your work calendar to your co-workers’ to easily coordinate scheduling meetings and lunches. Use Google Drive to collaborate on projects.

As for paid advertising, you’ll find value in signing up for Pro accounts on both Zillow and Trulia. With 73% of buyers starting their search for a home on the Internet, it’s a smart investment to advertising on these sites.

To-do-list is another powerful and free management app, with Google and browser integration, although I find it a bit on the complicated side.
